If you did not see a confirmation number at the end of the checkout process, an order was not completed. Double check your email (and spam) if you haven't received an order confirmation. If you have a JUUL account, please log into to review your order history. A declined transaction may appear as a pending charge for 5-10 business days before it is removed by your bank.
