If you discover that your order has missing items after it has been delivered, please contact the JUUL Care Team as soon as possible. Sometimes orders may ship in separate packages. If you have not received all of your items within 3 business days, please let us know. However, we also recommend confirming what you ordered on your account dashboard. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery.
